Right of Withdrawal

Applicability
The right of withdrawal applies only if the buyer is a consumer and the contract is concluded remotely. However, MC Bio S.r.l. sells exclusively to professionals, therefore the right of withdrawal is not legally guaranteed.

Exceptions
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed medical devices that have been opened after delivery
  • Customized or tailor-made products
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons

Company Policy
MC Bio S.r.l. may evaluate withdrawal requests on a case-by-case basis, provided the product is intact, unused, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
