KHS

Linea di dispositivi per fissaggio di griglie

Fast fixing

KHS screws are characterized by the possibility to be inserted without pre-drilling needs (with the exception of very hard bone).

Prismatic tip

The tip of the KHS screws has an extremely innovative design which allows an easy and precise positioning and effective drilling.

Ecological products

MC Bio is very environmentally conscious. In fact, all our products, with the exception of tacks and screws (disposable by definition), are reusable and durable. In addition, most of our products are recyclable.

The new self-tapping screws with thin head

The KHS system was created to avoid pre-drilling for bone hardness from D2 to D4. The innovative design of its head guarantees the reduction of pressure on the soft tissues and their possible perforation.

KHS screws are available in lengths from 5 mm to 15 mm and diameters from 1.35 mm and 1.60 mm. The height of the head and the flat surface on the lower side are the most important elements of these devices: the height is approximately 0.5 mm and the upper surfaces have radii compatible with the lowest possible pressure on the soft tissues.

The square coupling of the screwdrivers has a reduced size and this help to reduce the pressure on the soft tissues.

Q&A

NO! The pre-drilling is not necessary in the bone between D2 and D4. For a D1 bone it is preferable to make a pre-drilling

The external diameters available are 1.35 mm and 1.60 mm
