The Osteo Studio Line represents a top-level solution for all bone block fixation needs, both in the maxilla and mandible, with a focus on cost-effectiveness.
The screws are made from a titanium alloy specifically designed for surgical use (Ti Gr5 according to ASTM F136). These screws are distinguished by the dual option for the support head size.
The Osteo Studio Line is fully compatible with the Osteosynt line, with the exception that these screws are supplied in a non-sterile state.

Osteo Studio Line screws are sold non-sterile. This allows the surgeon to use only the number of tacks needed, sterilizing them on-site as required.

What is the difference between Osteo Studio Line and Osteosynt?
The differences lie in the sterility of the screws and the composition of the set. In fact, the screws in the Osteo Studio Line are the same as those in the Osteosynt line, but they are sold non-sterile and non-anodized. Additionally, the Osteosynt set is a complete kit, including the full range of screwdrivers and drills. The Osteo Studio Line set is designed as an entry-level solution.
Why choose sterile screws over non-sterile ones?
There is no difference in terms of functionality or technical performance. The choice depends entirely on the surgeon’s preference and the availability of sterilization equipment on site. Naturally, the price differs between sterile and non-sterile screws.
Are non-anodized Osteo Studio Line screws more or less biocompatible than anodized ones?
NO! Their level of biocompatibility is exactly the same. Titanium, once processed, immediately forms a natural oxide layer, which is the element that ensures biocompatibility.
Can the box be sterilized?
Absolutely yes. We strongly recommend following our sterilization guidelines to avoid deformation or staining.
